Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not fully satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to ship your item back to us for a refund.

Return Conditions

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We do not provide return shipping labels by default. However, in some countries, we may offer a prepaid return label for a flat fee of €19 (deducted from your refund).

  • A return tracking number must be provided once the item is shipped back. Without tracking, we are unable to verify the return or issue a refund.

  • Returns are only accepted if items are in original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

  • If an item is returned damaged or not in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, which may be deducted from the refund.

  • Items lost in transit are not eligible for a refund.

  • We reserve the right to reduce your refund if items are damaged during the return process.

How to Start a Return

Please contact us at info@muffinandberry.com before sending anything back. We’ll provide detailed return instructions and let you know if a prepaid return label is available for your country.
Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is damaged during shipping, or

  • You received the wrong item.

We’ll assess the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original and place a new order once your return is accepted.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–4 business days.

Please note:

  • Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

  • We do not refund original shipping costs.

  • If you used a €19 prepaid return label, that amount will be deducted from your refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you haven’t received it, please contact us at info@muffinandberry.com.
