This is a beautifully made cat carrier. The customer service was excellent. Since it is not made locally I wanted to make sure the size would be good. I think I contacted them 2 or 3 times and they were eager to help every time. The quality of the carrier is excellent and it arrived quicker than expected. I highly recommend them.

The quality of the bag is very good, but it is a bit wider and more bulky than I would like. I had emailed before ordering, and was told that the bag was not bulky. I was hoping that it would be able to flatten a bit under my arm since it is cloth, but the bottom is a bit too stiff for that. My current dog bag is very slim, but is 20+ years old and wearing out. I was hopeful that this bag would be the replacement, but not so. It is too bulky.
